Mr. Vijay Sikka founded Bhagwati Appliances in 1995 with an aim of manufacturing high quality and affordable coolers, cooler motors and cooler pumps as a substitute to costly products existing in the market. Our founder comes with remarkable years of experience of working in the electrical industry in India.
Mr. Vijay’s vision was to make this brand every Indian OEM’s first choice for technologically advanced & the most economical motors. With this vision, we started manufacturing our own premium quality motors under the brand name “Apollo”. We produced Coolers, Motors, PD pumps, Heavy duty Exhausts, Pedestal Fans etc.
Mr. Vijay Sikka, Our CEO, was joined by Mr. Gaurav Sikka and Mr. Rachin Sikka who are his younger brothers’ who further contributed to taking this organization to its new heights with their expertise in managing technical operations & workforce management.
In 2007, we got our exclusively produced motor registered with ISI under the brand name “GEO”. Since 2008, we are entirely focusing on producing ISI registered cooler motors of 12W, 18W, 92W, 152W.
We are continuously evolving ourselves with the growing technology. In 2014, we got our first fully functional stamping plant installed. In 2017, we got our hands on fully automatic Motor Cover & Blade Plant. Recently, in 2020, our first automatic Winding Machine T-200 Plant got installed in the company. With an aim to produce sustainable premium quality products, we always strive to connect & collaborate globally while building strong footprints of our brand.
Mr. Moksh Sikka, who is Mr. Vijay’s Son, has also joined the organisation recently, carrying on his father’s legacy. He is currently heading the Finance & Audit department of the company.
